Clarck, I had prepared a collection of comments tearing apart your mix (think TweakerRay, only more mean-spirited), but then I saw that you're into Thai Boxing and MMA. Needless to say, I've carefully reworded my review. :)

Only kidding.

I like this mix a lot. I think for my tastes, there might be a little too much "fizz" (technical sonic term) in parts. The part I like the best is the groove that starts towards the end, at 4:26.

I'm diggin' the intro. Great synth arrangements too. I'm with Ray, the vox could be a bit louder. (I had the same issue with my LTW remix).

The breakbeats are sick. Nice work.

Embarrassed to say I haven't actually heard the original tune - so I need to go and listen...

Hi Man ! Yeah I am doing fine...

My review of your remix.

First thing i think could be hard for your listeners is the long intro...
I think the first 27 sec could be cutted (i see no reason for this - it's nice beginning, but too slow and doesnt build much excitement)
I think the mix would benifit from that if you start at 0:27 otherwise you have a much too long intro -
The drums which then starts reminds me a little to Nine Inch Nails Song "1.000.000" ;-D (I like that) - then the drums change to a more complex pattern with much distorted voices hmmm , i would have loved the beat to stay like it was in the beginning. (would sound more raw)
finally the vocals start at 1:20 min this is too long for me even for a remix.

Now all is playing and i think it is much full the mix, so i can't really concentrate on the things...
some nice stutter effects but i the synthline is always playing i would mute it on some parts while the vocals are singing...(But thats personal taste)
Nice break in the middle. Vocals could be mixed a little louder for my taste.
The drumpatterns change at the end a little much (you have the straight beat at the beginning, then some cool crystal methodlike beat, then again change...)
Sometimes the drums sound a little too much programmed for my taste (this is also personal) but while it seems like that they might get fast boring. a little variation in "one beat pattern" could help.

Never the less this is a solid remix and i am only saying what i would have done... and it's easy to say so, i even don't have made one version of this song, so i hope you see this as a positive criticism to help and not to make it look bad...

(personal I don't like the original song that much)
so i don't rate it because, when you already don't like the original it's hard to rate a remix from that ;-D
