Well produced, lots of nice little experimentations with.. well everything. I agree with another comment on the drums, a bit more power would be nice there. I also think despite all that happens that some themes are reused too much. I'd like a more compact shorter version, at least here. 4/5

Really cool remix man, love the crazy little silences and effects you've thrown in. Only thing i can say i wasn't keen on were the drums. Think the kick and snare could have done with being a bit bigger and boomier, maybe just for the dubstepping part of the track as when the 4 on the floor goes off they sound great... I like my tracks to sound as full as is possible at the bottom end and its because of the weak kick and snare in the dubstep part that i haven't rated this high.. Big ups for throwing in some different vibes, i don't like music that just sounds the same all the way through and you certainly haven't done that.. Cheers for the comment on mine, tbh i agree with your thoughts on it

Tweak - I listened to your mix when you posted it but I will go and leave you a comment now that I'm not slaving over this sodding remix anymore! BTW, those pitchy vocal edits were done manually on the grid. I just cut out a few choice words and phrases and used the pitch shifting tool in Cubase to put them up or down by a few semitones (I didn't use melodyne or autotune etc because I wanted it to sound really processed). After that I just vocoded a duplicate of that vocal part to do the same as the edits. Hope that helps!

Hans - I have heard about this magical Britney Spears single with a dubstep break but I have yet to listen to it. I've always used these remix competitions as a platform to experiment with ideas and genres. The 'successful' ideas form part of my own original material. Experiements I'm not so happy with get canned. I do like the sounds in dubstep but I don't think I'll be doing another song that borrows structural ideas from that genre.

Crazy ! I've read that this one is not finished till the end. The wobbles are really cool. And the harmonys are also very suprising. And the pitched and edited vocals are awesome. (I would love to know how you did that or with what plugins, maybe you have time to drop me a message ;-) )
At 2:17 the Mix loses a little of it's energy...
At 5:14 I think the harmonys of the vocals won't work with the highsynth something is wrong there (Harmonically for me)

But overall a fantastic ReMix.
You could take this tension over the long lenght of this remix. It never get's boring.
