If this is your first remix then you have plenty of natural skill! My SLS mix is probably my 20th attempt at a remix (most attempts end up in the recycle bin) and its still not as good as this.

Only think I can't stand is timestretching 24bit tracks.. I can still hear it distorted behind everything.. I guess those who don't work with music won't hear it.

Badass mix man! I was blown away, the piano is just awesome. I can see this placing high in the finals :) Thanks for checking out my sls wip, school has been crazy so i didnt finish it. Obviously Twins - Thanks! I suppose I should clarify that I've been making music in some form or another for quite a while now, but this is my first remix, specifically. Regardless, thanks for the compliments! As for what program I'm using, I'm actually using Logic Pro with Reason. It's been treating me well. :D

SGMX - Thank you! I do enjoy makin my beats, so I hope that comes through. And I'd agree with the piano, now that I've listened for it. It's a bit shrill. I had considered using rhodes instead, but opted not to because, well, I love piano and I felt the original song had used rhodes in the most effective way and that I could take it in a different direction with the piano. Ultimately, it could certainly use some smoothing...

Great mix, man. Your beats are perfect throughout the whole thing, constantly creative but never distracting.

The only complaint I can find is that the piano feels separated from the rest of the track. I think adding more layers to the sound or delay would smooth it out nicely. But, seriously, that's the only area where I could see some improvement.
