Khunrath - I used a POD XT Pro straight into the soundcard. Search "Silverwing" on CustomTone.com to get my Pod sounds/patches - they'll work with most of the Pod units. That'll get you close, but honestly, most of the tone is coming from my custom Strat. :)

Lovin' the sweet guitar work in this. What effects are you using to make yer axe sing in the solo at 1:30? I've been trying to get a sound like that for ages and still can't get it right. Satriani's "Saturator" pedal maybe?

Very Creative idea. Your a good guitarplayer, thats for sure ;-D But like other said. Something is missing... some more stuff to bind this together... just a bassdrum isn't enough for percussion ;-D (But thats just my humble oppinion)

I gotto tell you man, I LOVE THAT GUITAR. Excellent job on nailing the chords :)
The overall mix is a little simple. More variation to spice up things would be nice. Because my friend a nice guitar riff is a terrible thing to waste ;)

Really love it, first few minutes are absolute heaven, and 4:30 on is excellent too. Pretty much all of the parts with the guitar are fantastic, the vocals are a little dry for my tastes, but you've done them better than 3/4 of the competition so kudos. Only advice is spice up the middle and your golden for this comp.
