Remix Discussion

SGMX :

I really like the tone you have going here. Very chill and relaxed, but not too much so. I'm not a huge fan of the high hat being that predominant, but that's the only musical element that I wasn't completely happy with. The verse vocals felt off to me, but that's a problem area almost everyone's mix has in this comp. Overall, I just wish this mix was longer, it ended before I really had enough. Keep up the good work.

The Akuzma :

Cool remix man ....i really dig the chill vibe. The track seems like it wants to go somewhere else in a bridge maybe? or breakdown? I dig the guitar too....good work dude.

I really like the use of acoustic guitar in this one, nice and chilled out.

Scorned Society :

Nice melodic mix N3STOR, you've used the stems very well, and the beat gives it all great touch.

dnb: i use logic, so i have ultrabeat to help time everything properly. My first dnb attempt was for the ULTRAnumb contest, a ton of i suppose 'presets' will be in your head after you figure the timing out and it's a lot easier after that. A staple in dnB is a 1/16 resolution, with a 32 beat counter with the kicks at 1, 11, 17, 27. and the snares at 5, 13, 21, 29 at 180bpm. Hope that helps, and thanks for checking out my mix.
