Remix Discussion

Martin Harp :

I think the drums could have been a bit more involved. they were kind of simple and repetitive. Luckily its under 3 minutes. Also, I'm not sure this is as dancable as Obviously Twins suggests but at some points it sounds dnb enough to me. :) 2/5

Obviously Twins :

I really like the chorus part. Really nice feel to it. Good danceable track. The synths are pretty good. I would like more tone from them, but overall they are good.

Good take on this. 4 stars

SGMX :

Good work on this. I like the feel you went with here, but I wish it was a bit more aggressive (but that's just my preference). Looking forward to seeing what other mixes you bring to the community.

Subtrafuge :

I think you have the best idea for the melody yet, but I was disappointed to hear you didn't include the verse's. Everyone seems to be steering clear of them because they're 3 beats per measure instead of 4 like in the chorus. Otherwise loved it, especially the choir synths!

Indigochill :

I for one think the simplicity of the tune is its strength. Just sayin'.

Phonemic :

Amazing ideas man. Love that synth. It's funny, I can tell it's Reason. :P

But it's so good, I really can't wait to hear where you go with this.

RyFridge :

Yeah! I LOVE the synths, what software is this? Sounds totally awesome dude :)
I wish there was more of a clear "built up" to a main part.

So far 4 stars, check out my revision!

Sync :

It's a good sound. love the choir that kicks in with the scream @ 0:32!

To me the backing tune sounds a tad basic, just may need to spice it up a bit more often. But guess that's why this is a "prehear"!

Try mixing your own continuous and clearly hearable melody to accompany it all. Bit like you did with the Synths in your Worldless Remix, good stuff there!

Keep at it!

I'm liking this but i wish there was more of a steady beat and i was hoping more than a little less than 3 minutes if this was a dnb type of mix you nailed it but i need more drums imo otherwise great job syncing vox and everything else was excellent
